Deal marks

Two signatures.
One deal mark.

Close a real deal, have both sides confirm, and osmarks stamps it with a deal mark. Each record gets an independent timestamp, and you can pull it up anytime.

Three steps · One mark

Deal → Both sign → Marked

  1. 01

    Close the deal

Agree on price, scope and timing. Either side opens a record and writes down what was done.

  2. 02

    Both sides sign

A record counts as confirmed only when both parties confirm it. If the other side doesn’t respond, the record says so, and silence is never treated as agreement.

  3. 03

    Get the mark

osmarks stamps the deal mark. It records when it was created and when each party confirmed it. Each record gets an independent timestamp, so anyone who checks it can see whether it has changed since.

Proof you can show

One mark.
The whole deal.

Each deal mark records when it was created and when each party confirmed it. Anyone who checks a deal mark can see whether it has changed since it was stamped.
